Here's how:
Step 01. Run Photoshop and open this image.

Step 02. Next, duplicate this image by pressing Ctrl+J.
Step 03. Adjust the Hue and Saturation of your image. Go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation or press Ctrl+U and have this setting: Hue = -18 , Saturation = 40.
03. Next, go to Filter > Artistic and select Paint Daubs. In the menu adjust Brush Size to 6, Sharpness to 7 and Brush type to Simple. Click OK when you're done.
04. Now, we're going to make this image as if being painted on a canvas. Go to Filter > Texture > Texturizer. Select Canvas from the Texture box and then adjust Scaling to at least 79%, Relief to 7%. and Light source to Top Left. Hit Ok when you're done.
And that was it. You have successfully turned your photo into a painting. Here's the product.
You can also digitally frame this photo to make it look like a real painting. Like the image shown below.
